They do great work. I have had jewelry polished, a ring sized, prongs fixed, ordered jewelry and bought jewelry. I have always been a happy customer!!

Outstanding Customer Service, there work is phenomenal and they get your jewels back to you when promised. I will use mo other Jeweler or put my trust in anyone else, hope they intend to stick around for years to come.
My wife took her mother’s watch which quit working to West Jewelry and asked them to take the oval facing and put a cross inside of it plus a matching chain to make it a beautiful necklace. They are wonderful to work with and highly recommend them.
