Joseph West is top notch! Had him clean a ring and reset some diamonds and clean a watch band. The work performed was miraculous. Would recommend them for anything pertaining to jewelry!!!!
JWest Jewelers staff give wonderful customer service and are amazing with planning designs and repairs. I am very pleased and so happy with the rose gold halo addition to my white gold engagement ring. My husband and I were looking for something to commemorate our 50th anniversary. The owner was patient and helpful with giving ideas and options.
They do an outstanding job on repair on my jewelry. Also the only place I go for watch batteries. Love their specials on Elle jewelry.
I’ve been working with Monica on new wedding bands for myself and my daughter who is engaged. I had a beautiful diamond heart necklace that was my deceased mother’s and wanted to use her diamonds for our bands. Monica has spent countless time helping me design the rings and getting them just right. She is ever so patient and quick to respond to texts.
