J West Jewelers is where I got my great new Reactor watch the Gryphon in all black. Joe knew everything about the watch and he patiently showed me all the features. The other staff was friendly as well and they didn't mind my two young kids playing while I was looking around.
Very Professional and fantastic work. Thoughtful and great customer service. J. West is definitely our go to place for repair. We love doing business with Joe and entire staff. From John and Seantel and the staff at The Bell Collection.

This is THE place To Go For design and repair! They made memorial necklaces for me. The are absolutely what I hoped for. They were able to take my vision and make it a reality.

If you are looking for a jewelry to trust, look no further. I have been using J. West Jewelers to fix my rings, for many years. Mr. West customed made a ring band for my Wedding set. Beautiful. They are very polite and helpful. I Vote for all of the employees. Very nice and clean place. In 2012, I took a ring to be sized that my mother gave me, and needed it back fast. Less than a day service. Good work.
