I took my wedding ring to JWest jewelers to be cleaned and Kelli was so very helpful. Clyde and I are celebrating our 50th Wedding anniversary this year and my rings (though still beautiful) were dulled. Kelli suggested refurbishing them and I agreed. If I could give J. West Jewelers higher than 5 stars, I would. I was given my great grandmother's wedding ring that was purchased in 1923 that I needed to have sized and I wanted to add two bands to match the vintage look. I had three jewelers I was interested in visiting, with J. West being the first. Great service! Took the time to go over every detail of my ring that I brought in for repair. I'll be using J West of all my jewelry needs.
Earlier today, I dropped off an old ring at J. West due to my setting being kind of crooked. They made sure they were able to fix the ring before sending me on my way. I am completely confident that the improved version of my ring will be in better shape than when I received it as a gift 5 years ago! The customer service this evening far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company. They take care of your precious jewelry. Their the best I've ever seen. Anyone need a ring fixed or their watch fixed take it to them. They treat your jewelry like their own and take good care of it. I took my wedding/ engagement ring in because one of my prongs on my engagement ring had broken off.
