I would like to see someone look into iYogi, as this company appears to not be a reputable company. We had computer problems several years ago now and my husband decided to contact iYogi to help with the problem. That was a mistake. This company, though.... They have my phone number and continually call me at least once a week and sometimes more frequently and tell me they need to perform some type of computer support and that I should be in front of my computer so they can do this. I yogi has called me twice a week for over a year to allow me to let them into my computer. Three years ago I contacted them and worked with them one time and cancelled because it appeared suspicious. I use Lenovo Premium Support, and they are superior. About six weeks ago while working on my computer my screen was taken over with an identical representation of Microsoft's background of their site with a robo voice telling me if did not respond to them I would no longer be able to use Microsoft. I had this compant thru total defense. Total defense stopped using them. And this place was allowed access to my computer, before I knew they were causing problems. They call from numbers stating they are someone else when it is them. I have reported them for phishing emails from my internet service. They have changed settings in my computer that I can not fix.
I hired iypgi over 5 years ago to help me with tech issues. They were eventually resolved, and I let my subscription expire. I have been receiving repeated calls from thrm, 800 #s and masked calls for over a year. I reported the number as harassing and I blocked rhem. They call from different #s. Yesterday, I told them NWVEE to call me again. I was treated to a "F@#k you" by their ever so polite rep. They do NOT stop calling. They are vile sum. Stars should be ZERO and I will NEVER recommend to anyone.
I purchased a subscription to iYogi when I got a computer. I have not been able to speak to anyone in that company that will explain to me what they are wanting to do to my computer nor why they are telling me there is a problem. I have received multiple calls on a daily basis from iYogi trying to gain access to my computer. When I ask them what the problem is, since I am not experiencing any, they hang up on me. Harassing phone calls that have lasted for well over 3 years. If you ever need internet security this is not the company to consider for any reason. Worst experience ever!
I got involved with iyogi by accident . Think I was calling apple for support I was calling iyogi.That was 3 years ago .they did fix my computer.updated software remotely .They charged me something like $350.00.They don't stop calling to service my computer.I am sorry I got involved with them.I don't trust them .*******
The worst assisstence on a daily bisness I've have nothing good to review about this company.To this date, I've received call after call sometimes twice a day. at one time they are calling that they were a rep. from ********* about my computer and that my computer is infected and needs immediate assisstance.I called *********and they confirmed me that it was'nt them. These guy pull the old we owe you a refund trick and before they called me my mouse pointer moved. The call came and we want on your banking website on our desktop. I unplugged my computer immediately. They kept calling me back and I finally advised them to desist. It took about ten times to stop bothering me with ridiculous schemes. I don't like to impune someone's character but in my opinion, anyone who wants on my banking program, I get the hint they probably don't want to give me a refund.
