I have IYOGI. Haven't used them in a while. Received a call at 16:26 EST. They said they were IYOGI. Let them on machine. Desktop was hacked. Coincidently at 16:51 (didn't notice at that time) received a call from the same number. They said they were IYOGI. I told them the computer was hacked. They asked me questions about who it was. They ran some program and said it was Nigeria. They showed me the files that were hacked, and told me all electronic devices in house are impacted. They offered to fix it for $500.

I cannot get rid of these guys! They call me literally twice a day, claiming I should "press 1" for a refund, I have not used them in over a dozen years, and when I did, they took over my computer and started going places they did not need to go, causing me to shut off my computer as I was worried they might download private info! They always call from an 800#. Last week I got a call from them (recognized their number) telling me the IRS had authorized them to place me under arrest if I did not pay my "back taxes". If I could give no or negative stars I would go as low as one could go. Total scam. And now they are calling 5-10 times a day and if I don't pick up the recorded message says only "good bye" and hangs up. This clogs up my answering machine. # calling from their phone number ending in 8805 Beware. I have no solution

I agree with the previous reviews: this business should not receive any stars!!!! They continue to call me & state they now will refund my money, but only if they have my routing #, & account #. My address was not enough.When I ask to not receive any more calls, they hang up or pay no attention. Calls come from all over. I never received any reimbursement.

I Yogi is a scam. I subscribed with their computer software to protect from viruses. My computer went totally dead and they could not fix it. So I told them I did not need their service any longer. They then debited my checking account for the renewal fee. I filed a complaint with my bank and got my money back. This was at least 2 years ago. If I could give them zero stars I would! Once they have your number they will not stop calling you. They have called me 20xs in 2 days claiming that they have s $299 refund for me. When I say they have not charged me recently (it has been years since I used them and that was once) and that I have contacted my credit card company and they have not charged me. They hang up and call back later. They become rude and agitated if you ask them to remove you from the call list. They continue to call and I can not seem to block them.... read more

I continually get calls from people saying that they detect problems with my computer. They DO NOT have permission to monitor my computer. When I tell them this, I get insulting comments from them.

I paid for 1 year of support over 5 years ago. I no longer have a computer. My one year is long over, yet they constantly call me to tell me they need to update my computer. I have told them time and time again I no longer have a computer and please stop calling. They continue to call over and over. One guy asked why I was lying??. These jerks are driving me nuts!!!!
