I was having problems with my Symantic Anti Virus and called their support line. I was under the belief that IYogi was somehow connected with the anti virus company and purchased their program under the belief that it would improve my computer's performance. I did check with my credit union prior to purchasing IYogi and at that time the company had a good reputation. Initially I asked for their support and they used deceiving tactics to get more business saying that my computer was in danger, that I needed to protect it more, buy that, change that etc. Now that I did not renew their support, they are calling me 2-3 times a week, first telling me that I should open their software and input their password. I told them I did not need their support anymore. They called me again many times and when I start talking saying that I don't need them, they hung up on me. This is called harassment!

This is the absolute worst support software company I have ever encountered in over 3O years as a PC user. I agreed to install their product because they misrepresented themselves as the official contracted technical support company for HP, but they installed software and billed me for it without authority. I uninstalled their software and asked for a full refund within a couple of days because of problems it created. It took many phone calls to get a refund and I never got a complete refund. I yogi-a computer support co. took my money for services and never delivered. now they keep calling me on my home phone even after I tell them to never call me again!!

Terrible company!!! Cancelled my account and since that time have had multiple phone calls from (my technician???) who when told to stop calling me, hangs up and calls back several days later on a phone line like ************* which is an incorrect # and cannot be forwarded to the do not call complaint line which I have on my phone. This is a rip off company who tries to sell things at inflated costs each time they are contacted for computer service and more often than not are unable to fix the things that they are called to... read more
