Three years ago, I went into a site that I thought was Dell Support. When I contacted them, they initially represented themselves as Dell so I purchased a year long service contract with them. They turned out to be iYogi. With their help, my computer issued only got worse. At the end of the year, I was called to renew my contract. I told them no. I Yogi keeps calling from multiple locations, and badgering me to update my malware, but I notified them to cancel my service and refund my money paid to them for the remaining months. ALL phone numbers from I Yogi will be supplied upon request.

I had Iyogi for 2 yrs. During this time I was approached by Iyogi to extend my contract by 2 yrs for 2 computers. I paid Iyogi the exact same way I paid them the first time. Upon expiration of first contract Iyogi told me I had been scammed and my contract was over.

December **, 2016 Terrible experience with iYOGI technical support. Take control of computer and the hold it hostage demanding money, ***** cards and or a cell phone. Discontinue service with them before you lose.

I had been involved with IYogi and have an agreement with them for services until 2020. They have no contact with my new computer. My old computer had to be cleaned due to a virus that was initiated upon closing contact with a hacker.Theyhad contact with the hacker and allowed them to take over my computer and attempted to take monies ($5,000.00) from me. I filed a complaint with the FBI in 2015, with my bank and credit card. I have had no contact with them. ******* ********

Do not use this company. We purchased their services and they seemed to be good until they called one day and said that they had some upgrades and that thief services may not be compatible with my pc any longer. They pretended to do a scan on my computer and somehow made it look like I had a bunch of viruses and that they were incompatible and needed to refund our money. This computer technical support company has terrible customer service and I would not recommend it to anyone. Nearly three years ago, I had subscribed to this company and for the first two years, received good service and assistance when I called three or four times for technical support. However, when I had an issue a few months ago and tried to reach them on a weekend (they advertise as being available 24/7), I got a recording saying they were closed for the weekend and to call back. I origally bought a package that was a virus scan etc from an online company, I do not remember the name. I had this for a year with no problems and regular tech support and the next year when I went to renew, the soft ware, iyogi was the tech support and told me that they were taking that tech support over from the other company. They went onto my computer and planted **** on it. Then tried to sell something to clean it off. No one else has ever used this computer so I know they put it on there.
