On July *,2017 I was informed by Tech Club that IYOGI had gone out of business. I did call the number I call all the time for IYOGI and got a recording saying it was no longer a valid number. Tech Club informed me that they IYOGI, had gone out of business. I was shocked as I had just paid them over 400,00 in May to resolve issues with my drivers. IYOGI has called me 27 times since June 15, 2017. I am not now and was never an IYOGI client. I have no interest in becoming one. I am on the National Do Not Call registry. I also have Call Blocker and Caller ID on my phone. My Call Blocker is filled with numbers used by IYOGI to contact me. This has gone beyond annoying and has now become harassment. I would like to find out a way to make them stop calling me.

I had a computer problem a couple years ago and thought I was contacting windows help desk. Iyogi started answering all the problems with the computer. Then they started continually harassing me with repeated phone call after I told them I no longer want their service. I have had as many as 10 calls in a day, I have been sweated at, yelled at, questioning why I don't want their service. Just unrelenting harassment. This buisiness is a total loser. We were referred to Yogi, Inc. over the phone by Norton with whom we had a contract. Someone there said we needed Yogi to fix our computer problem at the time. Yogi offered to fix our problem if we joined them for a fee of $500.00. We said no and they lowered it to $300.00 for five years. We joined and they fixed our problem. Later Norton advised us that the referral should never have happened, and that they themselves should have fixed our problem. Recently, I have received no less than 25 phone calls from iyogi trying to get into my computer, each from I different phone number. I tell the callers that I no longer want to receive these phone calls, sometimes I shout the message, often I try to block the calls, and each day I receive at least one more phone call. I would give zero stars if I could.

A few years back, I was convinced to spend a lot of money on computer software. Every time my computer would slow down, I would call Iyogi for tech support. They would go through my computer remotely, and say that the problem was fixed… Only to find that the same problems existed in my computer. They call frequently, always on a different phone number, trying to sell things. I have told them at least 50 times to stop calling me and that I am not interested in their company anymore. Awful, couldn't help me. waisted a lot of time charged me a bunch of money and then found out it was a reoccurring charge. And now they keep calling to update my software 3 years later.

Since 3 Months i was getting spam call from different number to my home phone and cell phone number. I requested those people many time who were calling me that, please do not call me or disturb me . When ever i need any help i will contact you back. Still they tried to call me at least 10 times in a day. I did the complaint over every where, but did not get any response. In 2015 I purchased the services if iYogi to help repair a computer problem on my aunt's computer. They treated the problem. Without doing any research on iYogi, my husband again paid them in 2016 to assist with a computer problem, which they also fixed. In the last six months, however, I have received phone calls from them from more than four different numbers, sometimes with multiple calls in a single day. They want remote access to my computer.
