This is a total scam. Do not log into help support.us or your computer will remotely connect to their system and they will steal your info from your computer.
Today, 12/14/2021 we received and email from "I Yogi Support" telling us that they were deducting $489.90 from our account to renew service. We did not wish to renew and they provided a number to call to cancel. We called this number and the gentlemen on the phone proceeded to give us the run around for the next hour. Got an email that indicated a ccomputer services for 3 years. Called and spoke with a heavy accented guy who would get my refund of services. He had another guy call me from who was the financial guy to issue the refund. had me go into computer so he could remove the old files, and log into my banking, which he said could not see any of the info I inputted, and he had screen for transfer of funds from **** ** ******* to my bank. Received Email stating that we had given the approval for I Yogi services.in amount of $756.39. Do not use them do not want to use them. When trying to contact them through the internet it will not open the contact icon. The Pone number listed by the BBB is not valid when I called. I was asked to download their info to obtain an ID number to be able to cancel the renewal, That I couls not reply to the email to cancel. I got an email stating that I was going to be charged 489.99. I called to cancel and got fed through the ringer. They said that they over refunded 4899.90. They bought an 800.00 ********* Airlines ticket and to fix the remaining balance I would have to go to a store/ Western union to complete the process. They tried to get an ***** gift card. I think they bought an ***** phone through ******. It ends up I was over refunded with my own money. Stay far away from this company.
They took me for a fool which I was and scammed me out of at least $800 I’m iTunes card payments for services and yesterday I received an e-mai notification from them them regarding soon to expire membership and automatic renewal for $349.99 for 3 years. I also get intermittent calls from my servicing agency.
Sent me an email charging me 441.99 for a service i have never used nor have i heard if this company untill i got an email today.
I received an email today from IYogi that an invoice was paid in full for $490.99. I don’t know who they are and I never gave them authorization to charge my card. When I asked him what credit card information he has on file he refused to answer. When I called the phone number in the email no one answered, when I hung up and then got a call immediately from California that was IYogi. Do not do any business with this company. I naively contacted them 2 years ago, and they still contact me. Last year they said that I had illegal content on my computer that put me at risk of facing lawsuits, and they would fix it for me. This year, they told me my subscription would renew at a cost of $300 and that I should contact them (I've received almost a dozen calls in the last two weeks).
