I moved in like two weeks ago and so far I'm happy but it is kind of dumb to pay $10 a month for parking that I'm not even guaranteed !

The absolute worst place to live. After a year living under a drug addict who they took forever to evict, and paying for parking that they failed to provide, I moved out and was charged $350 from my deposit for them to paint the place and for a cleaning fee despite the apartment being cleaned, and us having only been there a year. Oh and they closed their offices early the day I had to bring them my move out notice, so they charged $70 for a late fee. They are the worst. Stay away!!!!!! Lived here while in cali and it was the worst mistake!! Management is terrible!

Do not move here, they turn off the water every month for repairs, when it's off it's off for hours. Sometimes with out notice. I'll be looking into legal action of this place being uninhabitable. to have to turn it off this much that often, there is something wrong. UPDATE: Sill EVERY MONTH they turn off the water! DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I have lived here over two years, apartments are small - but never had any issues being that I am disabled. Apartments are clean and never had any issues with maintenance coming to repair issues with water leaks, or no hot water. Hot water heater exploded and it was replaced right away. Office staff have changed but willing to listen to any concerns one may have. Will be leaving Oceanside in April 2016 l back to Nor Calif because of the high cost of living here in SO CAL on my Navy Pension. I have always felt safe and don't ... read more
