Hate this place I just moved out when my lease ended and now they're trying to charge me two more months of rent. They harass the hell out of you you can't live comfortably in your own apartment. They charge way to much for tiny apartment.

No place is perfect, but Island Club comes pretty close. I have lived here since 2012, and can confidently say I am having a great experience living here. The office staff are so nice and helpful. The maintenance department is quick to respond, professional, courteous and they do their jobs with absolute professionalism. I have every thing I need within a 10 mile radius. Apartments are nice, the amenities are wonderful, and the property always looks fabulous. Office staff is friendly over all and is usually very understanding. My only disagreement with Island Club is the parking, there's quite a few times my husband or myself can't find a spot to park and I'm not willing to pay ten extra dollars to park under a shelter. I think that each apartment should come with one spot under the covered area. Over all WONDERFUL place to live. VERY beautiful.

A nice, safe place to live. Community is well kept and the staff are all curious, friendly and helpful. A great place to call home!
Stay away from this place. If you are about to EAS your DD214 doesn't qualify as proper documentation to break your lease. I'm not from the Oceanside area and have no reason to stay there after EAS. So as of right now I'm being charged for an apartment I do not live in along with rent in my current home. I asked Angie the manager what would have happened if I stayed in Oceanside and couldn't make rent due to unemployment, I was told I would be evicted.
