I love living at Island Club Appartments. I feel very safe, the grounds are kept immaculate, maintence request are resolved quickly.

It's a continuously improving place to live. A lot of courteous young military live here. Some pet owners are a bit lazy and seem unable to complete the easy task of picking up their dogs crap. The pools are well maintained as well as the grounds. Maintenance is very timely, prompt and courteous. All in all a nice place to live.

Island Club Apartments are very well kept and maintained. Maintenance personnel are also responsive and kind. Amenities are also a huge plus for the residents. Two thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻

Currently live here, can't move out because they rejected our military orders. They're customer service sucks when it comes to the Manager! Biggest regret I have is moving to this apartment complex! Do not live here, half the month it seems as they want to have us living with no water. It's just ridiculous, rude staff. Will not be renewing my lease as soon as I get the okay I'm getting far away from here!

I lived here a couple years ago and it was horrible. Noisy neighbors, drunk people at 2 in the morning in the pool area. And you divide the water up equally between the people in your buliding even though the people upstairs had like 7 kids using the water all the time. This place is horrible. Oh and I forgot to mention, we had a 12 month contract and at the last minute they switched the paperwork and made it a 15 month contract, didn't realize it till after we signed.
