RecommendedI had to move due to a job transfer. Because I would be away from my family my goal was to find a place that was family oriented and safe. On a personal level, my son passed away two years ago and this is a fresh start for me. I looked for housing for months before my moved. I narrowed my search to three and Island club was my choice. I have no regrets. Friendly staff, clean environment, peaceful, and beautiful and I can call this place home. It makes being away from my family a lot easier. I highly recommend living here !

Office staff is friendly and helpful, all issues we’ve ever had have been addressed promptly. Very quiet and well maintained community that is clean and has great parking as of recently due to changes made to the rules!

I recently moved in, the apartment itself was great, I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath. It is a little pricey once everything adds up from utilities, parking, and enrolling into auto pay. Unfortunately if you get home anytime past 8 you’ll have to park up the road in public parking. I don’t understand why on earth you’d have to pay 25 dollars a month on top of rent and utilities just to park at your apartment building. That is the only problem in my opinion. My husband and I moved in a couple weeks ago & we love it here! The neighbors are so sweet & the staff is awesome! We couldn’t of picked a better place to live!

It's funny how if you read the post everyone that's just moved in has it at 5 stars because the office asked em and anyone who has lived here for a while has it at one or two stars.
Great place to live with our smaller family. I have been here a few months and no issues. When we were in need of a new home, we were able to get the help we needed
ABSOLUTELY 100% N O T MILITARY FRIENDLY!!!!! My husband and I are supposed to move out in May. He told them he’d be deploying within the year when he signed the lease. They said that was okay because they’re super military friendly and you can use your orders to terminate your lease with no issue as long as we brought them in with at least 30 days warning. And now they’re smacking us with a 3600 cancellation fee!!! We’re wondering WHY he wasn’t told about it when he first mentioned he was deploying. Or when I called ahead of... read more

This place is horrible. My daughter and son in law live here and their apartment is infested with roaches and other bugs. The complex has done nothing to accommodate this situation or offer to move them. We will take legal action if this is not handled ASAP. So unless you like to live with bugs crawling all over you than I would look to live elsewhere.

Just need a few words to describe this place. COCKROACHES. BUGS. EXPENSIVE. CHEAP APPLIANCES. COCKROACHES. COCKROACHES. COCKROACHES. Office does nothing for you except scheduling a bug spray over and over. Meanwhile, you’ll have to just deal. And inhale cockroaches that live in your fridge and pantry. If you come to live here, just make sure you like bugs! Because they’ll be your new roommates!
