It's too bad I can't give this place zero or negative stars. Saying this place sucks, or is the worst in town is simply an understatement. 1)PARKING-You will NEVER find parking after 8 and they get you by making you pay 20 extra dollars per car for a reserved parking spot. I have had to park on the opposite end of my apartment and the only reason I got a spot was because they were towing another car. 2) THEFT & LACK OF SECURITY someone I know that also lives here had 2 motorcycles stolen on different occasions. I'm not sure what's happening but it seems an abundance of rude pet owners have moved in. My complex smells like dog poo and I can't walk freely as it doesn't matter if you're on a sidewalk or lawn you risk stepping in dog poo. I'm lucky enough that my building doesn't get affected by the fact that water is constantly being turned off however there solution is to fill your bathtub with water and figure the rest out yourself. YOU WILL REGRET LIVING HERE OR ANY PLACE RAN BY AIMCO. We just moved out and are SO happy at our new place and yet Aimco/Island Club is still haunting us telling us we OWE more than our deposit. B.S.!!! You guys should be compensating us for ALL the times our water was shut off!!!

Fuck this complex. All management does is turn the water off and send late emails with apologies that never change or help the situation. What is a gallon of water going to do for a family of 4? Someone needs to report this place immediately. The management is clueless and unhelpful. So is reaching out to upper management and Aimco staff directly. I hope this place goes out of business and at this rate, they will with the amount of angry tenants. Fuck you Island Club 😃😃

If you want to live without water come live here. It seems like every month we get the same email about them having to fix the main water line which can take over 12 hours per day. It's hard not having water all day when you have a baby who needs bottles washed frequently, baths and lots of clean up to do. Sometimes there's a notice before hand and sometimes it's 3 in the morning and oh surprise no water! And don't even get me started on parking after 9 pm! So far, it has been by far the worst apartment complex I have lived in. The water shut offs are the main issue. It happens at least twice a month and it was off for three whole days in november. This is also the first place where we had to pay monthly for a "parking permit". Then if you want to reserve your own roofed parking, it's another $10. When i first moved in, they gave each of us a tenporary visitors permit so any visitors can park in the complex. Then their policy changed so that those passes are invalid. Now if we ... read more

I just had to pick up a piece of dog poop that had been out on the path in front of my apartment for 2 days. The path my small children play on. If you are going to allow pets make sure they ARE CLEANED UP AFTER!!!!!!!

I only have two problems. One people don't pick up after their pets. There is way too much feces everywhere so it smells bad outside so keep windows closed. People play loud music at 12am to 1 am. Other then that is not bad. Maintenance is fast.
