I finally found a perfect home just for me and my boys. I love the entire staff, especially Roman and Shavon (sorry if I misspelled). They made our move so easy. It's quite here, and the surroundings are nice and clean. Perfect location. It's closer to our work and my children's school. I love my simple but clean apartment. It is very easy to maintain. Terrible place not safe at all considering I work nights come home and there security most likely drunk almost ran me over and he could obviously see me being the only thing in the lot up parking lot and seeing as he deliberately sped up when seeing me not being overly dramatic my husband and neighbor were standing right there I yelled for him to stop and he continued on terrible terrible place the took all my deposit and want an extra 500 for things that were already broken when I moved in!! Me and my wife were having trouble finding a place to live and everywhere we went gave us an issue. Island club made it super easy and before we knew it we were in our new home! Great experience and an awesome community!
I had been looking for a place to live for three months before I discovered Island Club Apartments. I am retired with a fixed income. A victim of the housing crash almost seven years ago, I have a foreclosure on my record. Retirement homes have long wait lists and that foreclosure was a deal breaker. Seems like these apartments purposely rip off people in the military. The rent keeps being raised for no apparent reason at all. The original price listed was 1,645 and we're somehow being charged almost 1,800 now.. If you are in the military don't waste your BAH here. You won't save any money here
