I just renewed my lease for another 13 months. Thanks to the friendly staff as well as cleanliness and community upkeep for making this an easy decision.

They claim a lot but none of it is true. Smoke free apartments, yet there is no one to enforce it. They claim to have security at night but for some reason there seems to be a party or drunk people screaming at least once a week till odd hours of the night. What got us to pick this place was that they claim to have a playground for kids, what they fail to let you know is that you can't use it before 5pm because it's a school during the day. I've lived at Island Club Apartment for 15 years and I like it a lot. I'm disableed and the staff treats me with dignity and respect. I have a slight problem that repairs can take a little longer then I'd like.

"2 stars is "Fair" and 3 stars is "good" then 2 stars it is. I have been here just a short time so far and certain things here at the Island Club are good and others not so much. The leasing office staff (the ones we dealt with) dropped the ball, lied, had no clue how to do most of the task there job entails. I had to call, follow up, guide them on the next step all the way till I took possession of the keys. This place is truly hell on earth. It's a painted turd. A total waste of money. Before you sign the lease it's all talk. Once you're on the contract they turn into monsters that don't care about anyone besides themselves. They lie lie lie! Here are a few of the things they have done. They lied about being ESA animal friendly. They had community hose so residents can use it for car wash and it was attached to the security building. Parking is terrible and never available. Staff does not care for military families. I (military wife) attempted to get a permanent parking spot while my husband was out of town for training. They refused to sell me the parking spot bc his name was also on the lease in addition to mine. Totally unacceptable for an institution that "supports military". 14 more months to go!!! Need I say more? Noise from upstairs...... to much. Fixing the whole complex and dust everywhere . People getting cars towed if not moved. Provide us with a parking place. After all we have to pay to park here. I'll update my review in 14 months ....

Nice place to live in, apt look good, areas always clean, friendly staff members, office staff always friendly, been here for 3yrs and I love it.
