Very friendly and helpful to can't wait to actually do business with them I just talked with them about what I was looking for and discussed numbers so far still have to put a deal together when I receive money from back pay

I recently bought a 2013 Rav4 from my big brother Tom Staples. He might be my brother but hes also one heck of a saleman! He got me into the car i needed for my family despite some obstacles. The day after I got my car I realized my rear wiper was not working.... my brother set me up with Corey Twardosky from service who fixed it promptly. Great customer service today at Irwin. Had my 10000 miles service and it was done in a very quick and efficient manner. Sat down and not even halfway into my coffee and I was told the service was done. Bob Abbott and the rest of the service crew were very helpful!! Just want to say thank you to Nick in the service dept. Had my 10000 mile oil change yesterday. The entire staff there is excellent, and I was done in 30 minutes. Irwin's is a great dealership, would recommend it to anyone.
