Whoever answers the phones at this place should take a class on customer service, had a friend call about a silverado and got harassed because he lived in a different state, asked what was wrong that it was so cheap and was just told it's a 2003 with 180,000 miles what isn't wrong with it in a snotty attitude and gave no details. Asked for the manager and was told he was the manager. These people should learn how to take care of service. Today I picked up my new Rav 4 from Irwin Automotive. This is car #4 working with Scott Hayward and I would highly recommend him to anyone! He found the car I wanted with all the desired features and put everything through so I could pick it up the next day.
