Had my Rav 4 serviced yesterday. Nick C, the service consultan,t was great, very friendly and customer oriented. Between him and tech Garneau, they had my car in and out in no time. It was the shortest wait ever!

Upon entering, I was escorted to the service center where Bob Abbott quickly set me up with my appointment for my car. Nick Courchaine chatted with me and helped get me a shuttle ride home, and his friend Jim was able to keep conversation going while I waited for my ride. All in all; the service was efficient, and the employees were kind and helpful. Nothing but good things to say about these people!
