I generally trust car people as much as I trust the dentist, they can tell you anything and you kinda have to believe it. Lloyd Miles in the service department has restored my trust. He doesn't just tell me what my car needs to make irwins money, he tells me what my car needs and how it will save me money. He is straightforward and has my best interest in mind. He's the reason I continue to go to irwins. When he goes, I'll go.

Just leased a new Sienna LE AWD through Irwin Auto. Irwin has always given us the best deals and have been really easy to work with. We drive 1.5 hours just to do business with them! Tom Staples is not your typical car salesman; he doesn't try to sell you something you don't need or want, and is very responsive and respectful. We'll undoubtedly be doing business again with them when we're ready for our next car!

My husband just bought a 2009 Chey Tahoe, we had such horrible experience with the previous dealership we went to we were very skeptical of coming to Irwin. After meeting with Al who got us in touch with Tom Staples Jr, he made buying a vehicle so much easier. We told him what we were looking for and he put us in the right direction.
