This dealership is very unprofessional. They do not live up to their claims. They say intheir big sign NO CREDIT-POOR CREDIT-BANCRUPCY-CHARGE OFFS ETC and they will put you in a vehicle. They claiim come in and receive a 25.00 gift card does not happen. Employees do not call you back and that includes management....Would recommend that if you want a ford go to another dealer.

Had my 2015 Santa Fe serviced today and I want to thank my service consultant Kaylynn Brown for her kindness and making sure all went smooth for me. Also thank you for the Technician who worked on my vehicle and sorry he found such a mess under the hood from those pesky mice. You folks there at Irwin's Automotive (The Zone) are Great...
