I had been in contact with the used sales manager, made an appointment to come down and look at a 2006 Mazda3 s to buy. Called ahead of time to make the appointment to look at the car, test drive it on the lot and buy it. While we're standing there waiting for them to get the vehicle for us, they sold it to someone who had just walked onto the lot an made an offer even though we were there first and had made an appointment with the car. Had a great service experience today - was in for an oil change and tire rotation - Corey Twardosky was my service rep - at end of appointment he let me know some things that needed to be done in the future and a time frame for getting those done - also checked on something for me with the collision department and now I know what has to be done with my tire cover and when to have it done - all in all a positive day.
