Today I wanted to take a few minutes to tell everyone about the recent excellent experience we had a Irwin automotive in Laconia, NH and to thank Ryan Lesh-Chevallier for the respectful care he took at listening to what we wanted and helping us find the vehicle we bought. (Truth be told, I was very stressed about getting a new vehicle.) He was polite, professional and very knowledgable about Toyota automobiles and even made our buying experience FUN! Jim O'Keefe and the service dept at Irwin were great today. No muss, no fuss, comfortable waiting area with WiFi and coffee, in and out in the time estimated. Even got a coupon for a free car wash - and used it! My Prius and I are very happy.
