Was hoping based off the ratings I would have a good experience unfortunately I felt brushed off and left feeling hopeless on my car search. Wish my visit could have lived up to all that the company boasts. The only reason I am not giving one star is based off the internet salesman Jameson that I worked with prior to coming in.

Had a great experience working with Tom Staples. He sold us a Honda Accord at an amazing price. Everyone at the dealership was accommodating and there was little/no wait once we had made a decision. I am so happy with my purchase and with the customer service. Will definitely be buying future vehicles from here!

Drove 2 hours to look at a car. The salesman knew that I was on my way and said the car was not taken by anyone else. After driving for 2 hours to get to the dealership they informed me that someone took the car I wanted to look at and probably buy on an errand to Waterville, ME!!! Four hours away!!! What the hell kind of dealership are these morons running? Typical car salesmen too. I am still in shock that this happened to me today!! Don't bother with these guys, go elsewhere!

The person who who told the individual you spoke with the vehicle was available didn't realize the vehicle you were looking at was being used today as a chase car to do a swap/auction run. I recently had my Toyota FJ serviced and found nothing but well trained and very friendly service staff the folks at Irwin made sure any questions were answered and I left knowing that my vechile was well inspected and safe and what I may need in future. very Well handled in done in a very timely fashion! We leased a 2017 Explorer from Scott Haywood at Irwin Ford. We certainly put this SUV to the test during the recent snow storm and I must say the vehicle performed beyond our expectation. Meredith Hill was closed to all but 4 wheel drive vehicles and at that only one at a time. This vehicle chugged up the hill without hesitation. Thank you Scott for all your help getting us into the Explorer!
