I am so pleased to be a part of the Irwin family. I had no intentions of getting a new car, but Chris Kelley went above and beyond as a Sales Representative. He knew my needs as a single mother, and did everything he could to get my son and I into a safer vehicle. Finally getting into an SUV would not have been possible if it weren't for Chris and Josh in the financial department. I am loving my new Rav4!!!

We just bought a 2013 Hyundai Accent for our son's first car, friendly and knowledgeable sales people only thing lacking was the gift bags- (at Banks they give you a gift bag when you buy a vehicle) � but other then that it was a great experience and the shout out over the intercom mentioning our son's first purchase was a nice touch

Sucks sucks suck. 4 family members have tried to buy 7 different cars there and have only been successful twice. They have the worst sales staff I've ever delt with. Bought a truck 2 hours later at another dealer. Failed again Irwin.

Bought my 2017 Sienna here a couple of months ago and after having my first service appointment I am SOOO happy to have bought it at Irwin!! The service department is awesome to deal with! I traveled nearly 2 hours for this service even though I have a Toyota dealer much closer to my house... due to bad service department experience there in the past (with a different vehicle) I refused to go back. I bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma from Irwin and worked with Scott Hayward. He was very professional and worked with me until we made the deal I wanted. He was patient and not pushy at all. Nice guy! I'd recommend Irwin Toyota and Scott Hayward all day long!

I had a fantastic experience with Irwin auto yesterday. I went in with not so great credit, was already denied by 2 car dealerships in 2 weeks. Having 4 kids, I desperately needed to upgrade to something more reliable and newer. Howard Cullen came to my rescue and got me approved and out the door the same day with a beautiful 2010 Explorer.
