After traveling around to numerous dealerships, some part of very large dealer organizations Brad, Scott and the Irwin crew were the ones who helped me out. I had a huge negative equity problem on my car and they put me in the right car for me and got me out of my other one. Highly recommended. Even though Brad was busy dealing with another customer he never made me feel like I was being blown off or did not matter. Now I am a proud member of the Irwin Zone.

We just bought our 3rd Toyota from Irwin (and we live an hour and a 1/2 away, so obviously they have done right by us). Scott Hayward helped with the most recent purchase of a 2017 Tundra and was excellent to work with. I'm not an easy customer when it comes to such a large purchase and he passed with flying colors; )

Scott Hayward was the perfect salesperson, respecting my wishes. He dealt with me open and honestly which was one of the main reasons I purchased my new car at Irwin. Even though I told him I was just shopping, he took the time to share his knowledge with me, took me for a test drive, AND LET ME WALK AWAY TO THINK.
