Bud Sickenger was a fantastic salesman. I traveled from NY for a used BMW I found online. When I arrived it had been detailed, oil changed, new brakes, inspected, had a full tank of gas and a transit plate. After a nice long test drive I returned to find all the paperwork in order and ready for my signatures. There were no surprises other than a $472.00 administrative fee. My old wagon doesn't have much life left. I got in touch with Scott Hayward. He has been selling cars at Irwin for years and is an honest man of integrity and I trust him. Derek- What happened as all I can see are e-mails with Kristina who explained how we change prices with the market--these are price changes both up and down, depending on the vehicle and the market (eg if gas prices go up so don't our used fuel efficient cars)? The point there is by staying on top of the market we won't have most of our cars in a month because we are pricing them to the market, providing our customers with the best value---instead of pricing a vehicle based on last month's market/values.
