Mark at Irwin Hyundai was great. Got us in the car we wanted for the payment we wanted and never once tried to sell us on something else. He even came in on his day off to finish off the purchase! I will never visit another dealership after our second positive experience at Irwin.

I have been working with Mark Chertok a sales man for Irwin Hyundai on getting a new vehicle. He was amazing. He listened to the needs of what I wanted. Irwin Hyundai didn’t have the car I wanted but in no time Mark kept me posted to let me know he was working on getting me one. The best service I have received. Very friendly great selection. However we were unable to get reasonable financing. Gave them a cash down payment. We are at 10 days and no refund yet. We have made several phone calls. Really very poor.

It's not often you find a dealership as upfront and honest as Irwin. We came across a deal online, for a 2015 Lincoln MKC, that almost seemed to good to be true. I reached out to our salesman, Josh Beachum, who has worked with my family in the past, and Josh promptly scheduled us an appointment for later on that evening, and put the car on hold.
