Always a pleasure to have my car serviced at Irwin Toyota! Nat Hoyt was my service advisor today and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was very kind and made my experience today very quick and easy. He was great at explaining to me what had been done to my car and was very knowledgeable regarding any questions I had.

Found a car listed online. Showed my daughter. Drove up, test drive the vehicle. Then told after they “made a mistake” and the car is listed for half of what they want for it. Deceptive!!! Not only will we not buy the car but now I also won’t look for a trade for my current car. Way to disappoint.

You are correct. We were confused as we don't pay to list vehicles on Facebook Marketplace adn had no idea how it got there. We aboslutely didn't particpate in listing that vehicle or any other vehicle on that site. I will ask Edmunds to explain. Thanks.

After going into another dealership to inquire about a lease special being advertised and being told all the information can be found on their website I decided to drive the hour plus from Lebanon to go to Irwin. I am so happy I did. My husband and I were greeted by Josh Beachum who was a complete pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain all of our options and answer all of our questions. Bought my 2010 Prius at Irwin and have been bringing it in for service. I've worked with a number of service managers over the years but really appreciate one of their newer staff, Robert Matheson. He really knows his cars and gives me confidence that the service I'm getting is the service I need.
