It was time to get a newer vehicle that would be better to drive on the dirt roads up in the Great Northwoods. Friends had purchase a Toyota Tacoma last summer and I was very impressed with it. This week I decided it was time so we drove up to Irwins to look and try out a Rav4 and a Tacoma. We met a wonderful salesman Howard Cullen who very helpful and we decided to purchase a 2018 Tacoma. He made the process very pleasant and enjoyable.

Hands down the best car buying experience to date. Chris Kelley went above and beyond as usual. His knowledge, honesty, and kindness made the process as painless as it could possibly be. Josh Glazier in finance was extremely helpful and personable. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the staff (and my new car) and cannot thank them enough. This will be my second vehicle purchase at this dealership and am positive it won't be my last. If you are considering a new vehicle, it would be a mistake not to go here.

Went there for simple warranty enhancement for my car for the low beam lights,the letter in the mail from Toyota stated that both low beam lights and light harness will be replaced regardless of milage. They tried telling me the harness was ok and was just gonna replace the one burnt out bulb!. The form clearly said both bulbs and harness. I has to stand firm on this to have them do the repairs as required.
