I have always dreaded car buying from the choice, to the process and potential pressure, the paperwork, the unknown, the money and so on but I was in need of a new car so today was the day and thankfully I found myself at Irwin’s! I brought my Sonata into Irwin Hyundai for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was with KB but she was busy with another customer so Bob checked me in when I got there. While I was in the waiting area KB came over and explained that I would need brakes soon and went over an estimate for the service. When my car was finished KB let me know it was ready and then Bob cashed me out.
