I just picked up my 2018 Corolla yesterday, and although the circumstances for needing a new vehicle stink, Scott Hayward made the whole process a lot less frustrating. I wasn't sure I was gonna be able to afford a car as my previous vehicle needed several thousand dollars in repairs and I was still paying for it. Scott first of all was calm and friendly and within minutes I was confident I came to the right place. This is now my 6th Toyota in a row and I would recommend Irwin's to anyone. Just bought a new Toyota Highlander from Glenn Buehl at Irwin Automotive Group. Glenn is outstanding - no pressure, low key, and extensive knowledge of the products he sells. I have always purchased vehicles, but am in a position where I needed to get my first ever lease. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service that I received from our salesman Mark Chertok and the rest of the staff. They all went above and beyond what I ever expected from a dealership.
