We recently had our first experience with this dealership and it was not a good one. We saw a car on line and called about it and it was available. We drove an hour and the car was waiting for us. We were looking for a Certified Preowned car and during the test drive we were told that it was. We were ready to buy it and starting filling out the paperwork and then we were told that there had been a mistake and that the car is not a Certified Preowned car, however, we could buy an extended warranty. Had a large screw in my tire, the tire was ordered and the spare was put on the car so I could be on my way. They kept the tire that had to be replaced so when the new tire came in they were able to mount and balance it before they called me. When I came back, they had me in and out in minutes. What awesome service!

Called about a replacement for lost van key; was yelled at and lied to for a half-hour before I was hung up on. The guy in parts said the key would cost over $200, because of special parts, a transponder, etc... and I said wtf it's a plain metal key which I could get done at Wal-Mart or Home Depot for $2! He said there was NO OTHER way to get a key, that this charge was ABSOLUTELY necessary, and no such plain metal key existed. The guy kept lying and getting angrier till he hung up on me!
