Just bought my first vehicle (Hyundai Ioniq) from Irwins last fall. It is a bit of a drive for me but they went above and beyond to get a vehicle for me - so it is now worth my drive. Taking advantage of my second of 3 oil change/checks and have to say that Bob Cote is another great part of the post-purchase package! I had two absolutely STUPID problems that he very kindly came out and patiently explained to me w/out me feeling like an idiot... and he is always at the desk with a big smile. I bought a new Rav4 Hybrid yesterday with the help of Scott Hayward. He was very easy to work with. My original plan was to buy a Highlander but didn't have the right feel so asked to try a Rav4. He was very good with letting me make my own choice with no pressure. He had a great knowledge about the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with how to operate it. Bought my Toyota a year ago. Brought it in twice for a rumbling noise in the front tire. They said at first it was alignment and my tires were bad. They said they wanted to "make it right" after treating us disrespectfully and being very rude and condescending towards us. Said "if there's anything you need"... well, I needed my car fixed. Then they said they did the alignment for free but no specs or papers to show us; said they did maintenance and filled all the fluids but oddly my wiper fluid was empty. Brandon- Sorry for your experience. Your interest rate is determined by other things in addition to your credit score--cash down, length of loan, etc. We never got that far. Tundra's don't qualify for Toyota's special CPO rate. Your trade wasn't in the condition it was described to be in with what was a hole in the back. Other than that it was in fairly rough shape. While it may not be the case, if you drove to us from Vermont I would think the price had to have been competitive. Chris Irwin
