********Update review 18FEB2017****** I had a very bad experience with one advisor but I gave Toyota of Tewksbury a 2nd chance since the General Manager and Service Manager had spoke to me and they will make sure my work is complete. I gave them a 2nd chance and I'm glad I did. They went above and beyond my 2nd time and I am very happy with their service. Great place , it is the only place I take my car for repairs and inspections. We have bought our last 3 cars from Ira Toyota.
I bought my car there almost two years ago at first wasn't Happy with the sales guy then I got a new sales person and he was great and I will keep going back there and sending people I know that need cars to go there. They are great.
2 hours and 10 minutes for a complimentary oil change is unacceptable
