Just got an oil change here and now my car smells like oil in the inside. But service was decent.
I have had nothing but excellent service from the sales team to the service department. We first leased a RAV4 eight years ago. Five years ago we leased a new one and when that was up, we purchased it outright. We have dealt with two different salespeople(Mike Tucker being the most recent) and multiple people in the service staff. Every time we were dealt with professionally and with great care. This was my second deal with Toyota Ira and it was just the same as the first one. This was my first new car and the staff was very helpful and caring. They helped me on every step and made it very easy. I dealt with Mr. Gandhi and he was very helpful. He made my first buy very easy and I highly recommend him to everyone.
Mike Tucker did a great job in showing me what I wanted in my price range and did a fabulous job in working with me on what worked for me. Tony in the business department took time to explain to me all my options. They both made it simple. Got a flat tire before the 3rd nor’easter snow storm, had to get it fixed ASAP. The service manager ordered the tire, and managed the replace on the same day. No delay for my work. When I showed the competitor’s price for the same product, the manager also tried to discount the charge as close to the other vendor’s price. I highly recommend IRA TOYOTA service.
