I had a great experience here at Ira Toyota of Tewksbury! Everyone involved in selling me my car were both kind and helpful. I went there just over a month ago to look for a used car since they had about 6 that looked like something I'd like. I wandered the lot for more than 40 minutes, and went into the sales or TWICE. I WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED. I eventually went to Auto Fair Nissan down the road and bought a really nice 2011 Nissan Versa. When the internet sales person (finally) contacted me, I told her in no uncertain terms how much they failed and that I had bought a car elsewhere. Nothing is more exciting and stressful then having to get two new cars in a week. Our sales specialist, Dioniso "DJ" Gil, was extremely patient, personable as well as knowledgeable. Awful right from the start. Thought I walked into a used office furniture store. Nothing but office cubes so claustrophobic. No reception, had to find my own available person even though I had an appointment. They do this weird Autotrader online appraisal. Filled it out as though my car was full of scratches and stains. I know it's not. Won't return.
