I am on my second lease with Its Toyota of Tewksbury and the service dept has always been awesome. They take great care of my car and always have it ready when promised.

Cody was very friendly and polite. He takes his time to explain the details of the problems and the cost I appreciated it very much. There was a recall on my car and he prioritizes my need and call the enterprise for me without any problems. He follow up with me how long it would take for service. Been going to Ira for over 15 Years and recently I find that it’s taken too long for simple service appointments Today almost 3 your after I was told it would be 1:15-1:30 I got the feeling they are dealing with a short staff.
