Car in for scheduled maintenance today, had another appointment, booked a rental from enterprise, my service Rep Dave called enterprise, they were there with car in less than ten minutes. Nothing like having your own car back though!!� Added some extras, wiper blades, they got it done, Ira Tewksbury, great service!

Went in for my 5,000 Mile service and was in and out in an hour. Service advisor was very friendly and courteous. I will return to Toyota Tewksbury for all future service on my highlander.
My wife had an appointment to get tires rotated at 9:15 this morning. Its now 10:30 and she is still sitting there with two kids under the age of 5 and her car has not had work started on it. Appointments apparently mean nothing here. Over an hour and a half for a tire rotation? You guys are ridiculous. Go elsewhere people, this is not good customer service.
