I love love love my new RAV4. My salesman Wayne Michealsen was so patient and understanding. It took me several months to finally decide to buy. He actually answered all of my questions without rerouting the answer to something I did not ask. Wow he even helped me move all of my stuff from one car into the other. Such a great guy! I'm sooo excited! Wayne is the best!!
Kyle my salesman was very informative and helpful. Everyone at the store was super friendly. Casandra in the finance department was very knowledgeable on both the cars and my options. She was also very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to come here if they are looking for. Car.
I just bought a 17 RAV 4. So excited. Melvin rocks
The car salesmen were nice but the people who do the servicing on the cars are extremely rude and should be fired! I had a malfunctioning device in my new car which is covered under warranty and the service people said it's not their problem and if I want it fixed, I need to pay for it. When we said it's covered under warranty and that we aren't paying for it, we got into a yelling match with them and they told us to never come back. I have run on flat tires.. experienced a flat late last night ! Spoke to Scott , a wonderful service advisor, he said bring it right in and we will take of it ! And he/they did! My tire was under warranty so no cost! Wonderful customer service from start to finish !

We brought our SUV in on Thursday without and appointment because the driver's side window wouldn't go up. We were there for 3 1/2 hours but they kept coming out to inform us what was going on. They ended up having to order the part so we left and had to go back on Friday for another 1 1/2 hours but it did go by rather quickly. David Ricard was our Service Advisor and he was awesome. He kept us up to date on anything that happened.
