My husband and I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry at this location. I would recommend this place to family, friends, and anyone who is thinking of buying a new car. The sales associate who assisted us through the car buying process was Cassandra Peters. She was very friendly and professional. She was able to answer all of our questions and made the whole process very enjoyable. Cassandra really went above and beyond for us! We had such a great experience!!
This was the worst car buying experience I could imagine. If I wasn't extremely interested in the car that was purchased I would have gone ANYWHERE else. The staff never answers their phones or calls back after multiple voice mails. The salesmen have many years experience but still can't get a persons name right on the paperwork. If you can go somewhere else I suggest that you do so and never look back. Don't buy anything from these liars. Management don't keep their words or even come thru. I waited 3 months for a truck. The place is a joke. I bought a car from Acton dodge in 1 day now that is the place to go

can't believe how we were treated by the sales and finance staff at IRA we are returning a lease that we got from IRA and they are rude and uncooperative, because I am not choosing to continue to do business with them ( and they are confirming my decision ). the car is registered to Toyota not to us, now they are telling me that we have to return the license plates? we didn't have to get the plates IRA did? so there customer service only extended to customers who are there to buy. a bit one way if you ask me. so don't expect... read more
