Convenient location and reliable Toyota service. We have bought 4 Toyota’s in a row and currently own one Avalon and 2 Rav 4’s.
Awful service center - was given misinformation. Was told they would call when my part had arrived so I could come in for a quick 15 minutes. I never got the call. I had to call them and then wait an hour and a half for my service to be done. Will never return.
IRA has always been good to my Toyota Family..keep up the great work and keep doing what your doing...its working !
RecommendedI called Ira and got a rapid response. Made an appointment and purchased a Rav 4 my sales person was great and they even delivered my vehicle to my place of employment. No pressure, and I love my new purchase. I highly recommend IRA of Tewksbury friendly, courteous, and professional.
