The service here is just plain sucky. After years of my tolerating their gross underestimation of wait time (plan to wait twice as long as they tell you something will take), when my battery was dying and I came in, they told me they would order the part and get back to me. I asked if the car was safe to drive and he told me "yes." He didn't know what he was talking about because the car broke down a couple days later, causing a minor emergency requiring a tow truck, all of which could have been avoided if he knew what he wa... read more
