I brought in my 2018 Toyota Corolla for its first 5,000 mile service. When I got there they seemed pretty busy but there was no hesitation for them to customer service me every few mins to tell me they would be right with me, which I extremely appreciated. The service guy that worked with me was very nice and funny. No problems today and he made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Great experience overall but I would have appreciated knowing how long it was going to take. My car was there the whole day. Great service and customer relations!
Very easy to work with. We were having issues dealing with Corporate and Scott in service explained everything in detail, as well as calling Corporate many times on our behalf.
