I brought my Highlander in for its 6 month scheduled maintenance and couldn’t have been treated better. I was told exactly what was going to be done, all the paperwork work was thoroughly explained, and before I left I was told what to expect with the upcoming maintenance checks. If I was asked to rate my experience, on scale of 1-5, they’d get a solid 5.
Just had my car serviced. Dave was great to work with! Personable and quick. I droppped my wife off to shop while I was getting the car serviced, Dave was able to get me in and out before she had time to spend too much $$ :)
The service department is excellent here. Appointments are easy to make. You can drive directly into the service bay. Staff is very helpful and kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
