I brought my Camry in for a recall and inspection sticker today. The service man “Mike” at the desk was welcoming and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service to my car. I would recommend Ira Toyota of Tewksbury to anyone!
First of all, the service writers are always cheerful. I took my 2006 Tacoma in to get the A/C working. The service writer noticed that the emissions sticker was expired so he saved me from getting pulled over for expired inspection! Every time I’ve taken the Tacoma for service, it’s always done before the promised time. Their driver also drops me off at work AND picks me up to retrieve my truck. My experience with Ira of Tewksbury has been consistency and dependability.
