I had my first visit yesterday, and the staff was warm and welcoming to me, the facilities were immaculate and the equipment cutting edge, and the Kelly & Dr. Patten were the consummate professionals. I felt confidence in their care, and I’m confident that I found a excellent dentist in my new town.
As always, my experience was one of excellent attention, expertise and treatment. I was fortunate that a broken filling was discovered before further problems developed. (You must be doing something right; I have been a patient of Dr. Good for about 46 years.)
My appointment is actually getting together with good friends while receiving excellent care of my teeth!
The receptionist recognized me right away as being a new patient at the practice and kindly gave me a full tour of the space and a welcoming gift. The dential hygenist and dentis were also very welcoming. One thing that I really appreciated about my appointment was all the staff explained the machinery and their tasks. Great first experience and enjoyed the excellent hospitality.
The Team at Ames Family Dental are personable, caring and thorough. They provide a great experience and support with great facilities and consistent dental practices. They know their stuff and provide a family friendly practice to rely upon from check up to check up. I've been a patient for over 10 years and appreciate the care they provide every time!
My experience with Ames Dental is always above & beyond. Both Dr Patton & Dr Good have always been very professional. Lori Grant is one of the best also. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and have always recommended them to others.
Most people dislike going to the dentist. I look forward to it. Dr. Good and Lori, as well as the whole team, are so highly skilled and personable that it's a pleasure each time I go. And I've been a patient since 1984!
Dr. Patton with Lori and the dental team provide excellent routine dental cleaning along with thorough ongoing monitoring of your teeth. I have been given professional service for crowns and a mouth guard. I highly recommend Family Dental to friends in the Ames community.
