My hygienist and Dr. Patton are always so kind. I was wary about attending an appointment where I'd have to remove my mask during COVID era, but the staff put me at ease with new safety measures prior to and upon arrival. Everything was clean and sanitary as usual and even the check-in desk had plexiglass protection. Two thumbs up!
Very impressed with the level of service. They take the extra time to really tell you what’s going on with your health and in the case of our some who was worried about getting a cavity filled, did what was needed to help home relax. Something I’ve not seen before.
Ames Family Dental provides exceptional service from the moment you walk in the door. Going to the dentist is not fun, but I doubt it could get any better than this. Friendly and knowledgeable staff explain your care every step of the way. Don’t tell anyone, but for the first time ever I am looking forward to my next dental appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Patten to anyone looking for an excellent dentist!!!
Things went very smoothly. I was "invited" in from the parking lot shortly after I arrived. We proceeded right to the chair, took x-rays, and had my teeth cleaned and checked over in what seemed a pretty normal fashion. With mask back on, I had my next 6 month appointment card and was out the door in about a half hour.
This is my second time getting my teeth cleaned at Ames Family Dental and I couldn't be more pleased! I had to re-schedule my appointment so my usual hygienist was not available, but I was still so happy with my appointment! Dr. Cahill (sp?) was very helpful and is the first dentist I feel actually cares about me and my oral health. Thank you for always making your patients feel so comfortable!
Recently had a check up and my teeth cleaned. Jenni, my dental hygienist is outstanding. Professional and caring. Dr. Patten detected a small problem with one of my crowns and we have scheduled an appointment with 15 days that matches my schedule. For those looking for quality dental care, I highly recommend Ames Family Dental.
The adjustments that Ames Dental has made to keep everyone safe from Covid-19 is very much appreciated. I also appreciate Sarah's thoroughness, but gentleness as she cleans my teeth. Thanks, Ames Dental team!
I am able to request my dentist and his tech Sara. She’s understanding and realizes my quirks and adapts her style. She is professional. She is caring. I felt safe during my checkup. Missed my Apr cleaning and was in last week. Very responsive. I was on a cancellation list as was my family. Two of the four of us are sporting clean teeth and great smiles. Dr P was professional and personable. Great office. Safety followed!!!
