Bought a car from this place on august 12. August 13th my wife tries to go to work and the battery was dead. It was supposedly checked by the service department before we drove off but I guess they forgot that it has a battery. I called and talked to them about it and they said if I bought a new battery they would reimburse me but it’s been a month and a half and they still haven’t sent a check. Bad deal. Promised by one price then they upped it when I about to work on financing. They were going to give me 'a really great interest rate' to offset the increased price which was 3.75%. I thought it wasn't so great. I walked.
I would like to commend the great service provided by Mr. Craig Bush in July, 2020. Craig was very professional in providing us correct information and clarification on the warranty of our 2018 Chevy Impala. He also helped correct an A/C and radio problem caused by another shop. This dealership lacks the competence and integrity to be based on customer satisfaction. I have doubts about the quality of the work being done, and concerns with the performance of my vehicle after I receive my vehicle back into my possession. It has been sitting at this dealership for 28 days, 2 of those weeks I was lied to about the task being performed on it, when it was just sitting there.

we have bought 2 cars from here brand new and both have had major issues. we had a 2017 Chevy Trax that the air conditioning broke on it twice and we're tired of dealing with constantly bringing it in to be worked on so we traded that in and got a 2018 Chevy Cruze and at 40,000 miles apparently the throttle body has gone bad and the car idles rough and sometimes doesn't want to start. this somehow is not covered under warranty and is a $500 fix. Broke down Friday because of a bad Battery next to Integrity Chevrolet, not only did they let me borrow tools but also ordered me a battery and got me back on the road Quick.
