Followed up with my request. Quick to respond
bad. Would not give me the out the door price on the phone, and I didn't want to negotiate once I got there. I told the guy that if I came to look at it and wanted to buy it, I would purlchase it for the price he gave me over the phone, but he still wouldn't tell me. It is a 65 mile drive each way and I didn't want to waste my time or gas.
Great experience
Stephen was quick to respond about my inquiry about the Chevy Trax. The pictures of the vehicle were accurate and looked even better in person! Great customer service. This is my first big purchase ever in general and they made sure we were okay(asking if we wanted refreshments, etc(I also brought my husband with me)). I plan to drive this car for a long time. This dealer kind of sucks with communication. I talked to the salesman on Friday, asked for a video walk around of the car. I went ahead and applied for the loan on their website, since they won't take loans from other banks. Asked again on Saturday. Monday he finally gets back to me tells me he was sorry and that he would send the video shortly. .. 5 hours later he sends me a message that the car was sold. He then proceeded to say it's my fault for not giving a deposit, which I would have done of he had ever called me back.... read more
